Over the horizon


Over the horizon -
a piece I have been working on for a while, reflecting on sailing, wind and water.
It is composed of several layers of embroidered and woven forms on a painted silk base.

Paradise Flowers


Even on dark winter days we still have those large hibiscus and bird of

paradise flowers illuminating the greenery surrounding my studio -
what an inspiration!

A book form made from woven linen and printed acetat, a weaving as delicate as its meaning of the stillness present while reading.
